Robin is one of the most genuine and hardworking individuals I have met. Me and my husband found a new construction home we wanted to purchase, but we first had to sell the home we were living in. We only had 60 days to get our home sold or we would have to pull out of the new home purchase. I tell you Robin was quick to get our home on the market and potential buyers to view our home. Day 45 came, and I was beginning to get a bit nervous about meeting the 60 day deadline. We decided to reduce the price and immediately received an offer. However, during the roof inspection, it was discovered that the roof needed to be replaced. This news was very disappointing and discouraging. Yet, Robin was able to reassure me that things would work out, and she proved it by negotiating to have the buyers replace the roof. I can't thank her enough for getting our house sold in the 60 day time frame, and now we will be moving into our dream home soon!
